Arias Ink - Story Article - More New Features

Several new features have been added; you’ve probably noticed them by now. In case you haven’t I’ll list them here for you.

In the story search and ‘New Stories’ list you will see that there is a new icon in front of the story titles. They indicate whether or not you have read the story, or if you have started to and never finished. Just hover your mouse over the image. (This is only if you have logged into your member account when you read it)

When you go to a story summary now you will notice that it will show you the chapters that you have not yet read for easier reference.

Authors will find that their stories all have graphs now. It will show the hits your story has received since it’s publish date. I’m still compiling the data at the moment, but it shouldn’t be much longer before the completed information will be added.

You can now add genre and character information to your stories. This will help in more detailed story searches in the near future.

Members can now add websites that are not your own in the miscellaneous section of the web links. So feel free to add sites that you think are interesting and worth sharing. Keep in mind that they will be screened and any objectionable sites will not be added. Please provide information about the site or it will not be added.

If you want to change to a new account and still want your stories, there is a new migration tool in your story manager that will help you move stories from one account to another. It’s pretty straightforward but if you need help there will be info in the FAQs.

The main menu has been restructured in a more organized manner. Hopefully it’s easier to navigate now.
